L'atelier

  友人傳來了有關在美國租屋的網站 Apartment Guide 有非常詳細的資料，包括照片瀏覽、房型平面圖、租金價目表、設施列表等。 

其中房型平面圖是我最有興趣的部份，因為喜歡看人家是怎麼樣規劃空間的。記得當時在規劃小屋的格局時，也常常搜尋美國公寓的平面圖找靈感。

看了幾間好心動，於是乎我又陷入了難以抉擇的狀態， 因為心動的都好貴! 

不管怎樣，先列下來可能選擇，分析再決定。

設定房型: 兩房公寓

Treetop   Apartment     

 2  bedroom +1 bath:  每月$660起跳， 200元押金。  優點是離學校5分鐘路。    

 For 2 bed rooms, the footage is $1115 sq ft which is very good (new apartments are much smaller), rent is $760/ month for 12 month lease, $785/month for 6 month lease.  application fee is $75 non-refundable.  Deposit is $200 and will return to you when the lease due and apartment returned in clean/original shape. 

The Abbey at Vestavia Falls  

2 bedroom +1 1/2 bath:  每月$735 起跳， 300元押金。 優點是離朋友家很近，好照應。設施較多。

Arboretum    

 2  bedroom +1 bath:  每月$625起跳， 250元押金。

 Estimated Time: 3 minutes Estimated Distance: 1.00 miles

Birchall at Ross Bridge     豪宅型的，房型平面圖很棒，但是超貴。看看就好!    非學區內，不用考慮。
